Acceptable Stay
no wardrobe untidy bedding
Someone was always around if I needed anything. The front garden has been touched up really nice. The butterflies and mushrooms were a nice touch.
The room had no wardrobe, only hooks to hang clothes. I wasn't confident that the bedding had been changed. It just looked tidied, with rolled-up towels placed on top.

friendly staff clean room convenient location
i appreciated the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff upon arrival they were very cute. the room was quite clean and well kept which i really value. i found the location to be very convenient with easy access to nearby shops and attractions.
The bathroom amenities were minimal. A small bar of soap was provided and that was all.

i found the shared toilets clean. The owners welcomed me nicely. The room provided was warm and nice. The bed was comfortable.
the parking was not always available right in front of the hotel.

a lovely pause
helpful staff early check in central pier good value
the staff i encountered was so nice and helpful, it felt very cute. i checked in early, and this was so helpful, since i arrived earlier than expected. the hotel sits close to central pier and the attractions, a short walk. i consider it a very good value.
it smelled a tiny bit funny in some corridors but the room had no odor at all.

Basic Room. Some Issues Present
dirty kettle insecure doors
My Triple Room had some noticeable issues. The floor was not properly cleaned. I saw some dirt in the corners. the provided kettle had mold inside. This made me concerned about hygiene. I also noted that the doors did not seem very secure. They was easy to push open even when locked.
